Register your details below to enter your doubles team in the Foozi Agency Team Play Challenge taking place on Thursday 15 October 2009 at News Cafe Fourways from 6pm. Only one of your team members needs to register your team below. There is a R150 team registration fee which buys you entry into the tournament, snacks and 2 free drinks on arrival. NB. Entries will be limited, so register early.
Practise, practise, practise! Competition will be fierce at this prestigious event, and if you hope to win the Foozi Team Play Challenge, you'll need to ensure your hands, wrists and shooting skills are in top shape. Feel free to rent one of our Foozi branded foosball tables for your agency bar.
We'll see your agency team in your team kit at News Cafe Fourways on Thursday 15 October from 6pm, strutting your stuff, joining us for a few drinks and testing your foosball skills against the marketing, advertising and media industries' top Foozi doubles teams. Plus, you will be judging the 6 finalist designs of the Foozi Design competition, where the design with the most votes will win a Foozi table for their agency and children's home of their choice.
The winning agency will receive:

| 2. | A second Foozi table to donate to a children’s charity of their choice |
| 3. | An awesome Foozi hamper |
| 4. | The prestige of being judged South Africa’s top Foozi Doubles Agency Team for 2009. |

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- This tournament is open to any employee of any advertising, design or media agency in South Africa. All team members must be employees at the agency they are representing at the time of the tournament
- Any entry by an employee of an agency will be deemed to have the authority to represent that agency in this competition.
- Each agency is entitled to enter as many teams as they want, provided each doubles team pays the registration fee.
- The closing date for entries is 12 October 2009.
- The tournament will be run on a round robin basis, followed by a knockout phase, until a single winning team remains. This team will be named the winner and awarded the prizes.
- The winning team will have to supply artwork which will be produced and applied to the Foozi tables won for their agency.
